I. Frozen Vegetable Core Technology & Process

1. IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) Technology

Technical Principle: Rapid freezing at -30℃ to -35℃ within 10-15 minutes, forming tiny ice crystals to minimize cell damage.
Advantages for Frozen Vegetable:
Nutrient Retention: Vitamin C retention rate >85%, dietary fiber almost undamaged.
Morphology Preservation: Vegetables retain original shape after thawing, with rehydration rate close to fresh produce.
Applicable Varieties: Peas, corn kernels, carrots, broccoli, and other diced/block-shaped vegetables.
Equipment: Utilizes fluidized bed freezers (e.g., from Nantong Baoxue) to ensure efficiency and quality.

2. Pre-Processing & Quality Control

Cleaning & Sorting: Air bubble washing machines remove impurities, followed by manual inspection.
Blanching: Short-term high-temperature blanching (e.g., 90 seconds for broccoli, 60 seconds for peas) to inactivate enzymes and preserve color.
Packaging: Vacuum-sealed packaging with nitrogen flushing extends shelf life to 18-24 months, with microbial counts ≤1,000 CFU/g (EU standard).

II. Frozen Vegetable Product Portfolio & Market Demand

1. Main Product Categories

Basic Frozen Vegetable:
Peas/Corn Kernels: Widely used in restaurant chains (salads, fried rice) and food factories (frozen pizzas, ready-to-eat meals).
Diced Carrots/Onions: Meet B2B clients’ standardized needs, reducing kitchen prep time.
Differentiated Products:
Mixed Vegetable Packs: E.g., “Fried Rice Blend” (onions, peas, carrots) tailored for Chinese fast-food scenes.
Organic Series: Certified by JAS (Japan) and EEC (EU), pesticide-free, targeting premium health-conscious markets.
Seasonal Products:
Frozen Edamame: Summer promotion, dominating Japan’s household consumption.
Spinach Segments: Winter demand surge for hotpot season.

2. Regional Market Adaptation

Japan: Small-pack (200g) frozen edamame accounts for 60% of sales, aligning with family miniaturization trends.
Europe/USA: Mixed vegetable packs supplied to General Mills, ConAgra, etc., for ready-to-eat meals and frozen pizzas.
Southeast Asia: Promote frozen durian and mango chunks, leveraging cold-chain advantages to reduce logistics costs.

III. Supply Chain & Quality Assurance

1. Raw Material Sourcing

Direct Procurement: Partner with farmers in Zhejiang/Jiangsu, establishing 4 customs-registered bases for traceable, pesticide-free vegetables.
Seasonal Storage: Use cold storage to enable off-season sales (e.g., winter broccoli reserves for European spring demand).

2. Cold-Chain Logistics

Multimodal Transport: Refrigerated containers for sea freight (Japan/Southeast Asia) and air freight (Europe/USA), ensuring 72-hour global delivery.
Temperature Monitoring: Real-time cold-chain tracking maintains -18℃ throughout transit.
